Solidarity March and Call for the Resignations of Bishops McCormack and Christian

A solidarity march and call for the resignations of John McCormack and Francis Christian will be held on Sunday, September 21 from 9-10:30am in front of St Joseph Cathedral in Manchester. New Hampshire Catholics for Moral Leadership (NHCML) supports respectful and dignified public actions which work toward achieving its goal of obtaining moral leadership in the Diocese of Manchester, NH.  It is expected that this march and call for resignations will be conducted in such a manner.  The survivor support march held at the same location in January of this year was both respectful and powerful.

Directions from south:

From I-93, bear left to I-293 just south of Manchester or from Route 3 (also called the Everett Turnpike) continue north to merge with 293 North just south of Manchester, right after the tolls.

From I-293 North, take exit 5 Granite St., then right off ramp onto Granite for approximately 1/2 mile, then left on Pine. The Cathedral is visible on right. Park across from the cathedral on left.

Please note that if you arrive after the police have blocked Pine Street in front of the Cathedral, you may need to detour to enter the parking lot from Chestnut street, one block west of Pine.  Chestnut is one way going south, and must be accessed from north of the Cathedral to enter the parking lot.

NHCML invites you to spread the word to other concerned individuals to inform them of this event as well as to ask them to sign the declaration calling for the resignations of the bishops by visiting www.nhcatholics.org and then to continue to spread the word to their contacts.
